Sunday Schedule

8:00 a.m. Traditional Eucharist

This is a more traditional service of Holy Communion with the formal language of the Rite I service, which originated from the 1928 Book of Common Prayer. It is usually a spoken service with occasional music.

8:45 – 9:30 a.m. Breakfast Fellowship in Munds Hall Auditorium

9:30 – 10:15 a.m. Sunday School Classes

10:30 a.m. Family Eucharist

This is a service of Holy Communion using the more current language of the Book of Common Prayer (Rite II), the Hymnal and additional music inserts. The worship music is a primarily characterized by the traditional Anglican hymns accompanied by our Organist and the Good Shepherd Adult Choir.

5:30 p.m. “Come As You Are” Evening Eucharist

This is a “come as you are” service of Holy Communion using the more current language of the Book of Common Prayer (Rite II) with contemporary music leaders, often including the piano and guitar.

Monthly Services

The Church of the Good Shepherd offers a service of Holy Communion at the Trinity Towers retirement community at 3:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of every month.
