Women’s Bible Study

“Jesus Christ: Teacher, Servant, and Savior”
Led by Elizabeth Black and the teaching team
Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Began January 9
in the Parlor

How we understand the person of Jesus, and whom we believe him to be is the foundation of our Christian faith. How can we answer the call to love the Lord with all our heart unless we know him? If you would like to learn more about the most important and central figure of history, and deepen your faith in the One who manifests God’s love today, come join this study.

This winter and spring, we will follow John Stott’s study, Jesus Christ, Teacher, Servant, and Savior. John Stott was one of the world’s leading and most-loved Bible teachers and preachers, named by Time Magazine as one of the “100 Most Influential People in the World”. We will explore how Jesus is revealed in the scriptures – the proper object of our worship, witness and hope. This study has the potential to change forever how you know, experience and love Jesus, the “incomparable Christ.”

Please join Elizabeth Black and the teaching team for this 14-week study. You will need to purchase the study booklet, Jesus Christ, Teacher, Servant, and Savior, available through Amazon or your favorite book retailer.  Bring your Bible and a friend. Everyone is welcome!
