Spring Women’s Retreat 2017  REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
“Becoming One” God’s Big Idea to Bring Peace and Healing to our Fractured Lives
Friday, April 28 – Saturday, April 29
Mustang Island Conference Center

Elizabeth Black will be our speaker and leader for our Spring Women’s Retreat at the beautiful, island retreat, Mustang Island Conference Center.   She will speak on “Becoming One”  – God’s Big Idea to Bring Peace and Healing to our Fractured Lives. Most of us live disjointed lives, often at odds with God, ourselves and others. We can lose a sense of ourselves in our attempts to hold all the pieces together – juggling dreams, managing responsibilities, all in the context of our complicated relationships. Discover how God desires to draw us to Himself so that we can become fully ourselves, and live connected, peaceful lives with those around us. Come learn how God’s holiness is meant to be the source of our “wholeness.”  Elizabeth is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, Bible Study teacher, and the author of the book Hand in Hand, Walking with the Psalms through Loneliness. She is married to the Rev. Milton Black.  Linda Pate will host this event for women of all ages.

This is a wonderful weekend of relaxation, inspiration, fellowship and delicious food!  All of your meals will be provided: dinner Friday night and breakfast and lunch Saturday.  You may want to bring an extra pillow.  You can choose between a single room for one person ($185) or come with a friend and share a double room ($150).  Treat yourself to a trip to the island for a wonderful short weekend.

If you are not able to stay the night but would like to attend either the Friday session or the Saturday session (or both) please indicate that on the form below.  The cost of meals for those sessions are also listed below.
